S-ROI
The Sustainable ROI (S-ROI) is finalized after the on-site visit and the shop floor analysis of the operations and presents the detailed result of the AS-IS and TO-BE evaluation.

THE INSTALLATION
The installation part consists of several different activities; mention some of them:
- Build a 3D model of the site (yard, warehouse, factory, etc.) in our software.
- Installation and configuration of the in-motion position technology (RTLS) from one of our partners.
- Installation of the Site Optimizer 360° software and the configuration and activation of the Central Task Management engine (“the brain”) that push rule-based tasks for humans, AMRs, machines, AS/RS, conveyor system, etc.
